Nissan fuga 350xv TV/AUX

Hi there

I recently got myself a 2006 Nissan fuga 350xv and I have installed a CarPlay touch screen that can play audio through aux, I ran the AUX cable to the RCA behind the centre console, however can’t seem to select between TV or AUX like the button is completely unresponsive.
Is there anything I can check? Or is the TV/AUX button unresponsive because that feature might have been removed from the car, if so what would I need to do in order to get it back.
