Pads where a quick job but for the life of me i could not get off the rotors to replace them. Do you have to take off the automatic hub assembly in order to free the rotors? I removed the 6 bults that were going into the rotor it self but i was still unable to free it up. The hub started to seperate from the rotor but then they both got stuck, and now the rotor will not spin freely. anyone have this problem before?

On a 4wd you have to tear it down all the way to the spindle. Remove the hubs, snap wring, retainer washer, and hub nuts. It's a good opportunity to repack wheel bearings and replace grease seals when you get it apart. It does require some "feel" to know how tight to retighten the hub nut.
