Hey guys, I haven't really ever posted much about my cars on this site but I feel like I have been here for ever. So I think its story time!
The obsession began 10 years ago in 1999......(que wavy dreamy flashback to the past)I was 11 years old and I remember returning home from school to find a car in my driveway that I had never seen before. It was black, it was low, it was menacing and it sparked an automobile fever into me that I can't shake to this day. It was my first encounter with an s13 fastback. I ran inside like an excited school girl to ask why my dad had bought the car only to find out it was a loaner The family car had broken down and the mechanic we used let us take home the s13, which was his personal car. Welll 5 years later after lots of work and dreaming I tracked down the mechanic who owned that exact black s13 my family had used when I was 11. I offered him the right amount and got ahold of the car that sparked all the passion. Here she is right after I bought her.so clean so young My first mod to her of course was the BRM exhaust
Drove the s13 for 2 years stock (besides the brm exhaust) and once I felt I had a grasp of the stock power and RWD it was time for something new.ohh yess the SR swap!
The SR swap took me a good 2 days in the backyard but all worth it!! Looking back now I am surprised everything went so well seeing as I didn't check over anything internally wise before swapping in the engine. I was young and stupid. BUT surprisingly with 14psi on the stock turbo the engine has been reliable to this day! (nothing engine wise has needed to be replaced except for a single injector). It has been so reliable that it has taken me out to school in Colorado twice! Here she is in Colorado. Got kouki tail lights for free after some woman rear ended me while stopped at a crosswalk. State Farm gave me $8,500....for a s13!! I couldn't believe it.
Now I am in my senior year of College and about a year ago I started to feel the need for a new project. While searching craigslist late one night fate chimed in and I found a cheap 1998 240sx that was only 15 minutes away from my hometown. I was in love. I had my dad go check it out since I am in Colorado for school and later that week I had her picked up.
The newest addition:Shes so sexxxy!!
BUT the sad part about the new addition is I don't really have the $$ for the s13 anymore sooooo....she is still for sale now, so if anybody would like to adopt her click below

Well now that I have the new 240 its project time again!! I was thinking at first of going SR again but I needed something a little more fresh since I had already been down that road. I was thinking RB25 until I came across another fateful craigslist posting. An RB26 w/ swap parts for a very good price. DONE DEAL!!
Unlike when I did the SR20, I am doing the RB26 the right way. Here she is stripped apart. The head is currently at the shop getting new valve guides, valve stem seals, 3 angle valve job, so onn...Lots planned for the RB26 but I'll start a new post in the RB section for that.
Here are all the children as they sit today!
THE END
