I bought new flywheel bolts for my ca18det from Nissan. The number I used was 12315-55M00, the bolt I ordered is shorter than the bolt removed from the flywheel. Anyone else buy bolts from Nissan?

My first instinct is not to use them... Can someone weigh in?

I vaguely remember this being talked about a long time ago. I think if you try to use the shorter bolt, it strips out the threads in the crank. I saw ur post in the part number thread and removed it from the list. I thought they had been removed before. Apparently not.

Yeah, it's a small hit in the pocket book... I figured, by posting the part number someone can search on nico won't make the same mistake therefore saving them $30-50....
