Does anyone out there know if the trunk lid emblem is glued on like the letters or is it drilled on

use dental floss to wedge in the glue and pull with all your strength!!! heatgun if needed .. once you have it off use goo be gone or wd40 to remove the adhesive. dont worry if it does not all come off a wash and wax will take care of it. good luck

BE CAREFUL WITH GOO GONE & WD40!!! That stuff'll strip your topcoat if you rub too hard. It's best to just heat it up with a hairdryer, NOT a heatgun. Heatguns get way too hot if you don't know what you're doing with it and will damage your paint before you know it.

Dental floss to lift up the edges, strong fingers, and a hairdryer are all you'll need. Wash and wax the spot afterward and you'll be golden!

I want to thank everyone who gave me great info...finally got the emblem removed. Took alot of work but it looks really clean. Will post pics soon.
