Nissan DiagnosticTool CARECAR AET-I. Has anyone tried one of these yet?

Apparently this is a new diagnostic tool just released for retail sales last month. Has anybody tried one yet? If so will it work on Nissan's, ABS, SRS, TPMS and other manufacturer specific controls? I'm especially thinking of the CVT system for a fluid change and fluid degradation.

I found one on eBay a couple of days ago, amazon also has them along with several other sites. YouTube has some how to videos, but I'm always interested in finding the opinions of those who have actually tried one. Anybody out able to speak to this?
