Nissan Data Scan Consult Port

Hey Guys Ive searched for the answer but no one seems to ask the question.

I have nissan Data Scan v1.52 and when i Run Find ECU it Come up with Two ECU Id's DF and DC i change the ECU id(in HEX) to DF and i get nothing i change it to DC and the status Bar Moves but it never connects. I have the Full Version of Nissan Data scan and my Cable seems to work (Its finding the ECU id's) But it wont connect to the ECU.

Also the Car is a 1995 240sx SE

Any ideas on how to get this to find the ECU?
