hello people!!! i've a truck nissan 2.5D 4x4... my engine is too slow and i'd like to know if the engine of the nissan frontier 2.5TD, also known as nissan navara here in portugal, fits n my truck and how much would it cost... regards from portugal =D

I sure do wish we could get those diesels over here in the States. Because we can't, though, leaves us very limited on knowledge of what swaps and what doesn't.

It sounds like they're both in the same engine family, just one is normally aspirated, and the other is turbo'd.

I'd guess with a wiring harness and ECU from the TDI, it would likely bolt in but you're going to have to find some foreign truck experts to confirm.
