car-parts.com is usually my resource when I need some salvage yard parts that aren't anywhere near me. Also, there's a couple of active part outs going on in the classifieds for S13s. See if they'd be willing to part with the consult connectors.

this is the female consult port to be wired into a car which didnt come with one? i have a few i think
