Nissan Cefiro RB20det not running properly

hi there. i own a 1989 nissan cefiro with a RB20det engine. recently the fuel pump stopped working so i had my mechanic fix that problem but once he got that fixed he noticed it was running on four cylinders out of 6. he suspected the ecu.but i replaced the ecu today and it is still the same. when i start it it will idle on 6 but if i give it any revs and hit turbo it will drop 2 cylinders and run on four and start to pulse. really is starting to confuse me and i would really appreciate any help?could it be coil pack or what?

Hey man have u tried coil packs?or ignitor?maybe u culd try new spark plugs?i have a 89 cef aswel and im puting in a rb25det series2 engine out of a c34 laurel
