Hi all, name is Lincoln or Linc for short. New here.

I have purchased a c33 laurel and vh45de because I am sick of the 4 and 6 bangers and need a v8! I am from New Zealand and everyone here has an rb20 or rb25 c33/a31/r32 so want something different :)

I have an s13 sr20det crossmember to bolt in which I can then buy motor mounts to suit vh45 for that I believe.

Not too sure what box I am going to use (has to be manual though) but was leaning towards vq30dett as I see you can buy adaptor paltes for them.

Any tips/tricks for this conversion?

Cheers

Overall a nice tidy car, factory rd28 manual. Has mint interior and all it needs a respray on the rear end.

Have a brand new set of adjustable coilovers in the mail which will sit it about 50mm off the ground on 15s.

Wheels are 15x7 longchamps! Planning on a full refurbish and widen as there is a place near me that makes brand new lips for them :)
