Nissan B14 Need transplate new engine

hi all , Just helping my friend , he currently got a Nissan sentra B14 . Then he wanna transplate his engine .

Got a few choices , But any1 here can give me more info about it .

SR16 NEO VVLSR20 NEO VVL SR20 DE

Heard before that the Neo version gearbox got problem . But heard tat sr16 neo is more powerful compare to Sr20 De ,izit real ?How much the horse power between these engine ?

and 1 more things , tat is for myself because i duno much about nissan engine , neo vvl and ve izit the same things ?

Please give some opinion . Paste some info website address also can .
