Cause Jersey insurance companies rape you w/o lube or dinner... Another big thing with rate difference is population density... NJ as a state is so over populated... and LBC is also right, in terms of the bigger picture when something serious happens.

I'm going on 10 years of driving expierence, so hopefully my quote rate will drop a bit more when I get my coupe. If not I'll just have to pick up a 4th job, LOL...

LOL... seriously though... my buddy moved to MD a few years back and then bought a brand new '03 Eclipse, and he was paying $600 full coverage for the year... I have heard that in Alabama people can average around $400-$500/yr for full coverage.

NEVER a good idea. i was very lucky not to have gotten into an accident. you could say im a pretty good driver considering my age and all. (not trying to say i'm the best driver around town) ive avoided alot of dumb people that suddenly decide to change lanes without even checking their blind spots. its people like that stress out others just enjoying our cars.
