Nissan Altima 3.5SE 2003 - P0011

Hello!!

I brought a used 2003 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE from a dealer and within a month, I got my check engine light ON. After a few drives, it went off, but to return back after a week. Now it seems to be staying ON and when I got it checked at Autozone, they gave me a DTC - P0011. Can anyone help me out with this error code? After doing some research on net, found that a common problem that could be a reason for this is engine oil. I shall be changing the oil tomorrow. However, if there are any other things that I need to check, please let me know.

Check vct solenoid also I had the same problem and I replaced the camshaft pisition sensor.
