nissan altima 06 3.5se vibration

I have an 06 altima 3.5se. There is a vibration at 75-85 miles per hour that feels like wind turbulence. The dealer has checked the car over by balancing the tires and checking each tire and wheel and finds no problems. They are going to install a new splash pan which they hope will resolve the problem. Do you have any other suggestions. They say this may be causing the turbulence or wind drag.
