nissan 720 tryin to run down a prob

here is my prob i checked alot of stuff i just got the truck. it idles really high and stalls and dies new head new seals carb rebuild timing set at shop i think it may be vac line related. iv read u can get rid of them and just run one to disrib how do i do this

The only one you need for it to run right is the vac dist advance and the giant one to the brake booster. To pass emissions, a little different... but if you don't have testing, scrap 'em.

Follow the vac line removal thread. I was having alot of engine knocking, erratic idle, and low on power. I removed the vac lines using the thread and it made all the difference. She runs great now and no longer sounds like a diesel.
