Does anyone know where I can find one. A local machine shop ballparked it at about 50 bux to make one, I don't really want to pay that. (Almost) Any suggestions are welcome. Also, if no one has any good ideas, but needs one, maybe we can all save some money and make a few.

Hey, if you are talking about Payne's they do good work. I know they are expensive and probably take longer than they should but I have had good luck w/them and the flanges they have made me were good quality

Yes, it is Payne's. I am not questioning their work, I am just looking to save a few bucks, but it's not looking good. So I going to see if anyone else needs one of these, so we can maybe all save some money. Kind of a group buy.

Are you joking?

$50 isn't all that bad for a machine shop making a one off flange. Infact, that is a bargain.

Dimensioning and milling the port out alone is alot of work.

I know when I made mine, the time I put in on the milling machine was well worth $50.

Spend the money. This is an area you do not want to cheap out on.

It is a flange, mechanically it is unimportant. The extent of it's job is to be flat and have bolts run through it. If the metal is of reasonable quality we are talking about a good with infinite substitutes. So yes, this is an area where I can afford to go cheap.

Oh, and in case you didn't catch the drift of this post, the idea was to find one that was already manufactured. I know that a one off would be expensive, but if I could find someone who already made it I would save money. This has been accomplished, thank you hnugen. He may be a sack of ****, but it is an option.

Simply because it does not have moving parts, does not classify it as unimportant.

In case you have not noticed, the port profile is no simple shape. It is more of a kidney. Not to mention you must have proper clearance for the wastegate flapper, if you intend to use the internal wastegate.

Furthermore, all this must be as closely milled to the original as possible. As there is little clearance for nuts/washers or bolts when you weld pipe to the flange.

Trust me, this piece is important.

Listen, bottom line, I'm not trying to come off as a prick.

I run a Z31 T3, and having fabricated and machined everything myself, I know what is critical, and what is not. I know what to look out for.

Many people have struggled with this flange, and you would benefit from heeding other's experience.
