This picture is much much much more involved than just "what settings/lens do I need" There is specialty gear involved and years of practice.

Camera and lens matter, but the other necessary hardware is what achieves that look. I'm not revealing any secrets here, but yea it takes lots of practice, the right equipment, and some computer skills..
