Being that I have only driven the S2K, I would have to go with that one. Plus, in convertable form, the S2K looks miles better than the Z roadster in my opinion.

But, the drawback to the S is it's limited, and EXPENSIVE aftermarket for the rear end, tires and suspension. And yes, I know the stock parts in the earlier mentioned areas are already pretty damned good. Plus there is something about hammering a car all the way to 9 grand, and it screams for more...lol

My friend to me while driving his car, "You know, you can go past 7K RPMs in this thing. Drive it, don't baby it." LOL.

I would go with the s2000, I just don't like the look of the 350z at all. However a well modified 350z can be a great car.

if you needed something somewhat practical? 350z. If you want something way cooler and less practical. s2000. It probably holds it value better as well.

i would get the s2000

That is by far the best looking hard top for an s2000 i have ever seen. I think the convertable is cool, but if they made a coup model like that, i would be all over it.

I made a same thread in the 350z section. And I gotta agree I am leaning more into S2K than 350z

I like the 350Z. Only because I'm a Nissan head. The S2K is a nice ride and has sexy lines. I wouldn't let it go if I had both, though. If it was a girl, I wouldn't throw it off the bed, either! LOL!! To be honest, I have no preference, considering my Nissan head status...

Probably I will go with nissan 350z. Don't really like Honda. Also got to drive one 350z of my friend and it feels great.

If you want a vert, S2k.

If you want a hardtop, C5 Vette.

Otherwise, get the G35/37, it seats 4.

Exactly why I DON'T want a G. If I wanted 4 seats I wouldn't be shopping for coupes. I'd much rather have a Z than a G, especially now that it's got the same powerplant again.

i think i would rather have a g35 over a 350z but definatly a 370z over a g37.

had the same problem, here's how I came to the conclusion:

-cost- 00 s2k cost the same as the 04 350z-size- I feel like I was in my crx again but with less room-safty****

I got the 350z because I didn't want an accident I can't walk away from plus it's so roomy.

Personally, im a big nissan fan, and if you strap alot of mods on a 350z they're pretty damn nice.

The S2K is fun but you have to beat the snot out of it to make it work. 350Z ftw. Unless you need to be at 7k RPMs to have a good time.

350z FTMFW. I was originally gona get an S2K when I got home from Iraq last may but I wanted to see what the Z was about...And the day I drove it was the day I bought it. The power is more responsive and not to mention is a much faster car on stock. Don't get me wrong I still got love for the S2k's though. But nissan has my heart

my bro has a red S2K and he has the hardtop too. It's AWESOME. revs soo much, plus it's pretty fast. People tend to forget those things are feather weight.

350z has torque for ever but it's not as cool and it's not a vert and a hardtop at the same time lol

I have both 05 ap2 s2000 and a 2004 350z touring and to be honest i love the s2000 better i like the way it feels, handles, and the high rev. also when your setting in a s2000 you feel like your in a race car and my 350z reminds me of my old 1998 turbo eclips.
