Removing the old spoiler (if necessary) and installing a new one on these cars (Z32) is a real challenge, and should probably only be done by professionals for best results.
The removal of an existing OEM wing is a big difficult problem to solve, and damage to the hatch is nearly impossible to avoid so there's that to figure into your job. Specialty adhesives and some fitting are necessary for the install of new wing, with the ends held down by bolts from inside and the rest with the correct adhesive and fit. There are a few youtube videos of this work if you search hard enough, and I did see a writeup somewhere but can't remember where...searching can be your friend if you try hard enough.
Anyway, if DIY/search results aren't able to help I'd start with contacting a competent body shop who has done that specific work before preferably, and see about them doing the work unless you have skills in this area.
Good Luck!
