Can i buy a Nissan 240sx S13 Hatchback from U.S.A. and legalize the car in Europe? Portugal to be more exact. Who much would it be? And what should i do?

It would be a lot of work. Plus you be getting that KA24(E)(DE) motor. European market got the 200SX which came with CA18DET (88-91) and SR20DET (91.5-up). I don't know how hard it is to find one.
