Nissan 240sx S13 Hatchback

Hello im am not new to Nico but i am new to the 240sx forum. I would like to know about how much would a 240 cost of the version that i want? I currently have a 99 Nissan Altima 82,000 miles on it the book value of the car in fair condition is 3,500. so in the street i would have too sell the car for around 2,500 and 3,000 i was wondering also would that be enough to buy a 240 in relatively good condition?
