I'm new in to this so, please bear with me.I'm purchasing a 1992 Nissan 240sx.I have about 27000$ to tune the whole car(body kit, interior, suspension brakes etc.).I'd also like to swap the engine for a rb26de(right now is has a KA24DE).All help is appreciated (reccomended parts etc).

the engine swap is going to cost you upwards of 8k if you want to do it right.

decent wheels 3-4k

bodykit plus installation 1-2k origin or s13.5 (4-5k)

paint is another 1-2k in a body shop

all adjustable suspension around 3-4k SPL arms, tein coils

just throwing around some prices and it seems like you have enugh

lets see some pics. oh and yeah ^^^ what he said. where do you plan on finding a non turbo rb26?(maybe its just my newbness but ive never heard of that)

EDIT: i thought it said $2700 not $27000. This should turn out pretty good with that budget.

how bout just go buy an LS1 s13 for $12k-18k.

Or try and find a VQ swapped 240sx.

That seems like a retarded budget for someone who doesn't have a plan other than you know the RB26 is something you think you want.

Get an RB25 so you don't have to worry about trying to credit your transmission for a RWD trans.

Or buy an SR 240sx and keep almost all of the money. *just noticed you are in europe.

Can't you just get a skyline? If I lived in europe I'd drive a MK2 Rallye Golf with a screw compressor.

I've never really thougt about that.I wanted the RB26 because I've heard it's a good base for tuning.I'd like a engine that will go up to about 400-500hp.And budget wise, most of the money will go in to the engine. But I also want to take part in some car shows and amateur drift competitions so I think I might need to get some more money.Maybe some sugestions about interior.suspenision etc
