That is absolutely hilarious. Ebay has got to be the biggest market for scam items ever created. If you've never heard of it, or the company, chances are you're buying a joke. Modifying the fuel curve for increased power is fine, IF you have the extra air to compensate. My favorite scam are the "parts sheets", some guy making copies out of a Mitchell's Estimating Guide, stapling it together, then selling it for $19.99. That kid is probably loaded right now, while hundreds of people have photocopied pages out of book they could have bought.
