Nissan 240sx Engine swap.

Heres what i've got, i have a black 1990 nissan 240sx automatic and a 1989 gold nissan 240sx 5 speed, both are coupes. The engine in the 5 speed is.... warped and rusted, and i want to swap the engine from the automatic and put it into the 5 speed, is it possible to do that? if so, is it difficult to do with one or two people with an engine hoist? I already have a good transmission on the 5 speed, and the transmission in the automatic is blown, that is why i want to do the swap. Please help me, i've looked around but all i can find is sr20det and rb25det engine swaps, i'll be doing that but not for a couple years. Please Help.

Swapping the engine is not a problem.However the onyl thign that you'll run into is the *pilot bushing*(think that's the name) the m/t and a/t use different ones. Think you just knock it off and put the other one on...

in all honesty... i ran with an auto motor with the bushing in there and used a manual transmission and never had problems for the 4 months or so i had the motor in there...
