your tires are rated at 115 i believe so if you do take off the limiter please change the tires!!!!!! dont want any one to die cause at those speeds i really doubt you survive a blowout

Welcome to NICO!

Try not to wear your newb-ness on your sleeve...

Going that fast on the road isnt wise, and if you are on the stock tires, good luck!

please do...or we'll be reading about your obituary.

Oh and Zerep the tires wont blowout at the speed listed but the car will become unstable around the max tire rated speed. Not to mention the 08 3.5 and 2.5 tires that came from the factory were complete junk and not trustworthy at any speed. I replaced mine be4 i even left with my car when i bought it.

you have a 3.5 with V rated tires...V rated tires are stable up to 149 but i wouldn't recommend it on the stock tires they are scary cr@ppy bad. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/...ing=T

2.5 is limited to about 110 but with no limiter (like the altima coupes in the middle east) it can do i believe 145 or 140 MPH

Speed limiter on a 2.5 is set at 113mph because the stock tires are rated at 115mph. Nissan doesn't want a lawsuit for allowing their vehicle to exceed the limitations of the tires they chose to put on it stock. If you use the Bullydog tuner, you had better set yourself up with some good z rated tires. Seriously. At unsafe speeds, you owe it to yourself to make sure your vehicle can handle it. And you owe it to the rest of us to make sure you can handle your vehicle.

That being said, 113 has been verified as top speed stock. ;-)

(I'll let you know the "real" top speed after a Bullydog and a few track runs!)
