alright ive got a VE30DE that was given to me free runs strong only 60 thous miles it was sittin in my ants shed in a 92 maxima se the body was shot so ipulled the motor cuz it was still good and i was wonderin if i could put this motor in my 99 altima

you are gna need a new transmission for starters, and keep the ecu of the maxima because you'll have to hybrid link em, or just remap everything/just link the 30'. then you need new motor mounts and links for the Ka24de to the ve30 because the mount points are not the same. the biggest thing is the transmission imo. but as far as a quick swap- its not as "quick" as you might think. I would just wait till ur KA dies- which... is prob around 180k miles lol- gl w/ that :P that one piece iron block of an engine is hardcore durable lol

ive got the trans from the maxima and the ecubut i was needin the info quick b4 i run out of play money but the ka has 220000 and its still runnin strongand do you no a good place to look for these mounts

in all honesty- ur gna be best to either make your own, have a shop do it, or direct bolt it to the frame so u get full traction. but beware of axle jerking. Best option prob is just check some salvage yards... and do sum cross referencing. Im so out of KA info cus Ive been into the QR lately so forgive me if my knowledge is rusty- but i hope you the best
