nismo thermostat

Doing a oem rebuild on a SR20 and looking for some info. I had a overheating problem that was linked to a closed thermostat and me not having the proper gauges hooked up. Needless to say I am debating spending the extra with stock thermostat or buying a nismo one. Any people to post any experience they have had before with any problems with there nismo thermostat?

My SR was overheating after swap. I went with the nismo over stock and love it to death. It comes so nicely packaged too.

I use fail-safe thermostats. They open sooner and if you over heat they lock open!

Where can I get some info on the fail safe. I like the package deal of the nismo ones but still am hesitate because the last one messeg up on my and didn't have the proper gauges to tell me I was overheating. Got that problem solved now the rest is just luck and a high budget
