NISMO solid shifter/goodorbad?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I have heard several things about this shifter, how it is firmer and much shorter throw than stock and someone elsetold e that it is very close to stock. Anyone out there with a Nismo solid shifter that can tell me on whether or not I should get this for $190?

it's about the same as the OBX short shifter, but firmer
