Nismo Shift knob

I just bought a nismo titanium shift knob for my 2004 Z with a part number of 32865-RN308. This part number is different from what the catalog says. It says that the on I got is for an altima and that the part number I need is 32865-RN108. The knobs look exactly the same in the catalog. Has any one done this and does the knob fit just fine? Will I have to tap it to fit it? I just hope I don't have to buy another one.

i think u got one for the sentra the one for the 350 comes with a rubber peice u put on first

Yea I know It's for sentra and It does come with that rubber piece I'm Just wondering if its the same thread pattern so that I can just screw it on with no problem
