Is it possible to install Nismo's S tune suspention from a Sentra SER in my 01 Altima they don't make them for 2nd gen Altimas. The Sentra and the Altimas body style seems very similar I wonder what other parts could be swapped.

I don't know if it would or not. It may be cheaper if you get the Ground Control coilover (if they make a kit for the 98-01).

I don't think it will work unless a)you can swap strut mounts because the altima strut mounts have three holes while B15's have two, and b) you make sure that the SER strut will mount to the Altima knuckles front and rear. Who knows, no one's tried it, you never know.

the spec-v and the 1st gen altima have the exact same front knuckles. All brake components are a direct bolt-on swap.. including the track edition brembo upgrade. as far as the suspension is concerned i'm not quite sure. if the strut tower bar fits then i'd imagine you'd have no problem getting the struts to bolt up. as far as the rear is concerned that's another story.. s14 front suspension components will also fit, just incase you were wondering.
