Anyone know which one is better? It's for a 92 Nissan 240sx. Thank you!

do you mean like using the s-tune shock with the tein spring?

the nismos are a shock/spring combo already, they come that way

No, he said KYB AGX's with S-Tech's.

I'd go with Nismo S-Tune.

The Nismo coilovers have stiffer springs than the standard OE setup. Whether the dampers are made by KYB or not, I'm sure they're properly damped for the higher spring rate. I've read Rico's review on the S-Tunes and they certainly don't sound under damped.

Hahahahaha. Under dampened, Good one.

Nismo Spec KYB Dampers:Front:Rebound: 353lbfCompression: 160lbf

Rear: Rebound: 323lbfCompression: 124lbf

KYB GR2s are only 10% firmer than stock. Stock is

Front:Rebound:205 lbfCompression: 88lbf

Rear:Rebound: 157 lbfCompression: 75 lbf

Now, who is underdamped?

Thanks for the specs, Rico. I definitely want to pick up some S-Tunes this Spring. I don't need the adjustability and don't feel like trying to match damper A to spring B. I figure I'll let Nismo do all the hard work.

A friend of mine running AGXs told me that the stiffest setting on the shocks is way too stiff....even for track use.
