Tires were just cleaned up and shined today. There's also a coat of wax on the rims.

I actually posted on nissanclub first haha.

The rims were $900 for a set of 4. But the seller jacked up the prices since then.

Redline hasn't released a 4th gen hood damper kit. Although I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually did.

I got the rims on ebay (yes the rims are real and authentic).

1) I would think the redline (or w/e their called) would fit on the A/C, we share the same hood.

2) Are those the 18 x 8.5 inch nismo 57f wheels? They look really small in the pictures, almost like 16's. How's the grip on thme? Im seriously thinking of picking them up now.

Also, i never understood.. Is it the TIRE or the RIM that gives the low profile look?

Nismo 57F wheels FTW!

I have the silver ones, the wheels look much better in person.

The profile is the tires. But in order to use thinner profiled tires and keep stock diameter, you need to increase the wheel size (rims) to keep the OVERALL diameter stock. Basically

Tire wall + Rim width + tire walls = Total Wheel Width

if you decrease the tire wall then you have to increase rim or else you'd end up with one of those A/C on 22s or 24s where they are just out of whack with the odometer and stuff

Stillen has a set of hood shocks they are about to produce very soon! Saw them on the Stillen A/C @ the Oxnard meet.

I suppose you could make them fit if they are similar enough. But you will need to take your own measurements. The installation process was very precise.

The rims look smaller because I have really beefy tires. They look much better in person.

btw, yes yes....I've gotten a lot of crap about hte front wheel gap on nissanclub haha. I am planning to get $1200 coilovers rahter than cheap drop springs. So unless you want to donate some money for that cause, please no more words about it

that's basically a scoop to direct air from underneath the hood opening to the air intake

There's a lot of things connected to my intake haha.

The thing with the AEM sticker is an air dam, as someone had mentioned. It helps direct air to the intake.

The thing between the mid pipe and elbow piece is the MAF sensor.

The hose thats connected to the midpipe is a breather hose.
