nismo R4 cam help

I just re build the head on my 90 240sx. I also installed the nismo R4 cam while I was puting it together but now I have a problem. The idle is terrible, I know that with that cam I should have a loopy idle and thats one of the reasons ( love the muscle car feel to it) but it is so bad that the car will not stay on when it is cold and when it warms up it occasionally stall unless I keep it reved up manually. it is beocming very annying on red light cuz people are alwasy thinking I want to race due to. the car stalls if I let go the gas while I'm driving it, and it is freaking slower that before!! I feel less power all together. I had an intake and everything was stock when I installed the cam ( bad Idea I know) so I thought it was that the car was not breathing out enought so I got the hotshots headers and flowmaster exhaust( sounds great with a loopy idle:D ) but the car still runs the same. smoking black so I know I might be running rich so I changed the O2 sensor twice. Still the same. I had changed the head temp sensor two years ago so I don't think it's that. the timing should be ok cuz I was very carefull when I did it but i will have to double check it cuz It it killing me now, but if it isn't that then what else could it be?

The cam timing can be off regardless of if the teeth are lined up on the chain correctly. The cam phasing may be off. An adjustable cam gear with some dyno time might yield some benefits. But I'd give your motor a full tune-up before doing this as you want to eliminate all other factors first.

yea I thought of that but I need to figure out what all them other things are
