Nismo R-Tune camshafts (non high rev)

anyone else had problems installing these? According to the serial number on the camshafts they should be correct, 3 of them did fit as expected, but the last one (on the exhaust left side) didnt fit properly and my mechanic refused to install it.

Anyone else experienced similar or have something to add?

When I look at pictures of the camshafts on the internet, they look the same..

Please help...
