Nismo parts

Ok I admit it I didnt bother looking for an answer to this basiclaly i was jsut wondering if they made Nismo parts for the CA series? I already know all about the sr nismo parts.

Oh yeah and about the engine mounts will those nismo ones for the sr work? Just curious. im lazy i dont wanna search sorry guys

yes the mounts will work, even on the KA.

Nismo makes CA specific mounts (they are a different part # on the computer)... I would assume the only difference is they are somewhat lower. The SR mounts put the CA really high in the engine bay (hood DOES close, but its very close):)

As for other engine parts, yeah Nismo makes alot of them. If you look through the big Nismo catalog you'll find stuff like headgaskets, timing belts, fuel injectors, hell I've even seen Nismo Forged Pistons on Yahoo Japan Auctions. But the key point here is that none of this stuff is easily available here in North America, so if you want it be prepared to pay HEAVILY for it:)

how come japan doesnt ship parts to their loyal americn followers? What the heeezy? fo sheeeeeeezy..... Or do they and the shipping is jsut a *****?

If you really wanna drop the big bucks, the dealership I work for places orders to Japan once a month or so(and many others do too)... so you CAN get anything out of the Nismo catalog, or anything you can get a part # for. If you had the part # for say an s15 bb t28 I could order you a new one from the factory. It'll cost you an arm and a leg, but its possible:)

Color me stupid but where does one get ahold of this Nismo Catalog? Ask for it at the dealership? Is it online? I'm about to install a CA by myself and I'd like to get some motor mounts for it to replace my archaic ones but not sure where to get them, along with lots of other stuff for the CA...
