Adjustable cam gears are used to adjust valve timing, not valve/cam duration.

This looks a lot like an advertisement for that website rather than a real question.

NOT ADVERIZING just posting places that offer ka nismo parts. i am curious if anyone ever tried those rods and pistons etc becouse i have never heard of anyone here ordering from them.

also with that cam sprocket how do i benefit by adjusting my valve timing? not like u can get variable valve timing.

Isn't Courtesy still a sponsor? Go with them, they look way more reputable than this fly-by-night looking website. But Fiznat is right. You would benefit by effectively changing where you made your torque. Either high rpm or low rpm.

i ordered from that company a while back. they have good prices and ship fast. limited catalog for the 240s though...

looks like they just recently changed the layout design too. but yeah..they've been around for a while.
