I like the title...
I always ask the seller if it's genuine name brand. One way to tell is by price. If it sounds too good to be true...
It is actually a criminal offence to market this junk with someone elses copywrite name, so they will probably fess up if they sense trouble. This is why you mostly see "Tial style" waste gate or the like. If you get the item and it is fake, demand a refund or threaten to turn them in.
If Ebay is made aware of the activity they have to pull the items or they are conspiritors in the crime. These guys don't want any heat on them, they just want to make a buck. I doubt they would do anything, other than sell junk, to piss people off.
