I need to get longer wheel studs on the front of my 95 S14 5 lug. I intend to use a 1" spacer from H&R and run longer studs. The 60mm NISMO studs would work and I bet they fit, but are they strong enough for racing and track use or just for show? I need conclusive evidence. ARP does not make one that fits properly. Peak Performance has one that will work, but they have not tested the breaking strength. I want one that I can press in without modiffying the hub that is rellay strong. Does anyone make them for the front of this car? I have not been able to find many at all. Thanks.

I'm preconcieved to the notion that anything Nismo sells is as good or better than anything you can get from Nissan. I can't see them selling studs that would be weak, all tuning parts are based on reputation and they don't want to ruin theirs.

I work at a dealership, and I run the nismo studs on my 300zx, the stock ones werent long enough, and every time that I would take off my wheels they would strip out. The nismo ones work great for me, I drive it everyday. Hope this helps.

FWIW, H&R studs have held up fine on my A32 for 4 seasons of autox and DD. No snaps or strips.

ARP makes them too but you need to know your knurl diameter and pitch

its not listed directly as a 240 replacement stud.

just to let you know. NIsmo studs snap when torqu'd to around 100lbs. my friend had 7 get broken when he when to a tire shop and they had the airgun preset to 110lbs. Go arp those things can withstand everything. IIRC you have to order late model GM studs, and they convert from 1.5 to 1.25 thread pitch.

I bought the 20 mm H & R kit i know people that run those along with the Kics bolt on spacers and both put up with tons of abuse auto x track and drifting so i intend to use the kit on my car for around town and touge, But i also want to know that they are strong H & R kits are around $120 per pair from FRsport so they have to be good to cost that much.

110#'s, holy cow, of course they broke. Currently we are using the Nismo wheel studs and torque them to 80#'s and race on them. Not parking lots, road courses. ARP makes the best hardware you can buy. You can also buy ARP at Summit Racing and Jegs.

S14 Rear: ARP-100-7708 M12x1.5 .509 knurl 2.5" long. I've run these for years, but my open ended buldge seated lug nuts are flush with the top of the stud using 20mm spacers. The M12x1.5 pitch gives you a larger choice in lug nuts (although you'll need new ones since it's different than stock).

ARP-100-7713 might also work at 3.25" long. I'm not sure if the knurl tooth count is the same, though.

S14 Front:MOR-46160 7/ 16-20 in. x 2 7/ 8 in. Long, .560 in. Diameter Knurl. I've been running these for a while. They're not as strong and not nearly as rust resistant as the ARP studs, but they fit well. The big downside is the different thread pitch requiring different nuts than the rear, no matter what rear studs you run.

ARP-100-7717 might also work. 12mm x 1.5 x 3.0" long. The knurl is .005" oversized compared to stock, so they might not work without some reaming (9/16" reamer or drill might even work). I've heard a few people force fit them in, though. They're slightly longer than the Moroso studs, and they're a much more common thread pitch (pair up perfectly with ARP rears).
