Does this just go on right where ur stock oil filter screws off ?

And could this be used to see how accurate you're factory oil pressure gauge is ?

To see if you oil pump is going out or the / sending unit

Looks like it goes between the stock oil pressure sending unit and the tree to allow you one more hole to screw an additional oil pressure sender to. Yes, if you connect another known accurate gauge it would tell you how accurate your other gauge is or real oil pressure of the engine.
