Project Silvia is running a great sale on the mounts for 202 shipped and I need motor mounts like yesterday. Just want to know if they will work on the CA since they have a tendancy to move the SR drivetrain forward almost an inch. Thanks for the info.

Its gonna raise your motor up to ALMOST hitting the hood. It actually looks like your hood won't close, but it does. Someone posted pics a LOOOOONG time ago of Nismo mounts on their CA. Nismo makes CA specific mounts listed in their catalog, but I have yet to find a place that carries CA mounts. $202 shipped is awesome. Thats not much over my price!

Glad you brought this up, I was thinking towards getting NISMO mounts since all of mine are shot on my KA and would need ones for the CA .. now I know, and knowing is half the battle!

I've got them and Sean is 100% correct in what he said. They are the same mounts but are slightly taller than the stockers. My hood actually touches the front corner of the timing cover.

I'd be interested in finding out if people with a silvia front end conversion have this same problem...if not then i might consider tracking down the parts for the conversion just to get the hood up off of the motor.

Hmmm, I have a silvia front end and will be replacing my mounts when the CA goes in... Will keep you guys posted.

I've got all 3 NISMO mounts in mine and it's fine. Remember that there is and adjustment so that you can lower/raise/tilt the motor. the mounts are slotted on the X-member so once you get it in, crawl underneath the car to the back side of the X-member. You'll see where the mounts go in. Loosen them up so that they are all the way to the bottom.
