WHY WHY WHY!?!?!?!?!?!I bought a Nismo Shift knob for my car on courtesyparts.com and the thing doesnt fit!!! every shift knob I have bought is WAY too big for the threads...whats going on? where did you guys get your shift knobs from?! Am I doing something wrong?

I have a 95 240sxthis is the knob and it says "PERCISE THREAD!" I am getting sick I am going to go run someone down with my car :) http://www.courtesyparts.com/M...-2404

P.S. thanks to the guys who helped me with my headlights, I will show you a picture of them gleaming soon

with my shift knob they gave me little plastic inserts that were different size and they basically molded to the thread to stay in.

Epoxy it on! As long as you NEVER want to take it off, it'll work great :D

use a helicoil to bump up the size, find the right one, thread it into the shift knob with some red locktight, snap off the tang and let it dry overnight and spin that sum***** onto the stick. Not all Nissans have the same shifter threads, your suppier screwed up or whoever gave them the number had the wrong one.
