Nismo LSD change oil how often

How often should you change the oil in the Nismo LSD. I've had mine for a few months now (i don't drive the car very often though, but when i do drive it i'm usually drifting). So maybe 400-500 miles have been put on the car in those few months, but alot of it is hard driving.

I'm getting ready to change the oil now, but was wondering how often i need to do it. I don't want to waste my time changing it too often, but i can't really afford to have it wear out prematurely.

Also, i just reordered the nismo gear oil that came with it, is there a better kind i could be using.

did it say on the instructions? check your car owners manual and it might say how often to change the diff. oil. I have a chiltons and it tells you how change the stock diff., if you want me to tell you that let me know.

i don't have a Nismo, but i change it usually after every other event i do.so, let's just say i change it ever other month.i might go a bit longer, but i try not to.

they must cost you alot. isnt it like $50 for the diff. fluid?

I didn't see it in the instructions. The car manual says every 15k miles, but thats irrelevant. That doesn't take into acount the LSD. I'll probably change it every oil change but just wasn't sure what everyone thought.
