NISMO LMGT4 (18") FOR ALTIMA COUPE?

hey guys,
i've got a 2008 altima coupe and i'm hoping to get some new rims.
i am currently looking at some nismo rims but i'm not very fond of the 18" nismo rims for the altima.
i found someone who is selling a set of 2-year old nismo LMGT4 rims and here are the dimensions:

Front - 18 x 8.5 + 30
Rear - 18 x 9.5 + 25
Bolt Pattern - 5x114.3

does anyone know what the result would be if i put on the rear rims of 18 x 9.5?
would it be flushed with the body or would it stick out?

also, the seller is asking for 1425 for the set.

please comment on the price and the dimensions and how they would turn out for our car

Slight poke in rear most likely. Front will need about 5mm spacer to sit flush. Idk how good or bad of a price that is. I used to want these super bad http://www.nissanusa.com/nismo/performa ... N89312.jsp. 18's or 19's, either way the wheels are nice! I think IBC got his in 19's for about 2 grand

Also, if that's your black altima and if you don't mind me asking, which rims do you have on?
I really like the black and the fat spokes it's got.

They're Varrstoen ES 2.2.1 or 2.2.2 I forgot, it's been a while. Nice wheels, bad company.

Does anyone know the kind of tire I would have to purchase if I were to get these Nismos?
Apparently the recommended size is 245/45/18 (front) and 275/45/18 (rear).

Would that fit on my coupe? I'm planning to drop it with Eibach Pro Kits while I'm at it.

If anyone has different ideas for my next set of rims, please feel free to post.
