I can't take full credit or any credit for that matter but i still need to post this so other people can try it. I've read that a lot of people have had problems getting the nismo fpr to fit on the ka rail without the adjustment nut hitting the head and making it impossible to adjust. Here's a simple mod that you can do to your nismo fpr to make it fit and is FULLY adjustable. I purchased it from structure240sx and this is how it came, I don't know if he had it installed like i did but it worked out very well for me.

First you cut and re-flare the return nipple right by the bend. This is what it should look like after you're done

Then install the FPR with the Adj nut facing the opposite way of the head and the return line facing towards the head.

Now you can adjust your fuel pressure with ease.

Sorry if this is a repost or has already been coverd. i searched around and I couldn't find anything on it.

not bad, but i rather if you go w/ nismo then get the type B and just get an adaptor for it. save you more time then tryin to fit the fuel line in such a tight area. Thats what i did.

took me ten min, just put the fuel line on before you put the rail back on.

Elegant solution.

I ran into the same problem when I first turboed my KA about three years ago. Luckily, one of my neighbors had a new Nismo Type-B FPR with the adapter that he never got around to installing... He let me have it for free.

I remember trying that with an SR rail there was around the house. It didn't work for me, but I don't recall why.

my bad,I was unsure if they mounted the same, I just recall the fpr being in the front of the engine vs the rear like our ka is... man I love the wealth of knowledge and adult atmosphere in here, 240gen is crazy
