So I give you Exhibit A and Exhibit B. I have 3 questions:

- Are these really by Nismo, or cheap knockoffs?

- Why does Exhibit B want to charge me almost twice as much for what appears to be the same product?

- Anyone own a set? Do you like/dislike 'em? Discuss. :pface

Notice how it says JDM Style. Style is not the same.

They both say JDM "style"...

It looks like you can maybe transplant the aluminum foot pad from the left mat to the right...

Is it me, or does the cheap set look a little rough around the edges? Or maybe the seller did a poor job outlining in photoshop...

I would go to autozon and get a good set of heavy rubber mats. CAuse I gave up on finding factory mats. I am gonna get a metal gromet and attach them to the hooks. A little ricey yes, but a good floor mat. Mine are grey and black. The word Racing is in white. They fi pretty well and with a little trimming fit increadibly well.

Definite emphasis on "jdm style". I was lookin at those, since my floormats are shot (former owner w/ high heels). Yeah a lotta good the aluminium reinforcement does on the passenger side of the car, plust they look to small compared to the origonal mats. Ive already tried so called universal floor mats, they dont fit my floor and slide around when i switch from gas to brake. I dont know what S13 floor mats look like but my oem's were such a convoluted shape, but at least they held in place. Ya wanna know what worked: bought 2'x3' rubber, with black and grey stripped cloth doormat at ACE hardware for $12. Layed the old mat over it, traced, and cut it out with heavy duty scissors. Cut out a small hole for the alignment strap. Cheap, sorta stylish, and dont get underfoot.

they're the same mats (both rhd). The seller of the expensive ones just switched the right and left mats around, to look LHD. The shapes are exactly the same.

I assume you're talking about the "Nismo" mats on Ebay and not the real deal? I can't believe the real Nismo ones wouldn't be embroidered.

To the guy who bought the *real* Nismo mats. Did they have the little hole for the hook thing that keeps the mats in place?

$40-ish sounds like a great deal. Was that a pair of front mats only?

Vengeance,

How did you find the mats? Did you buy the catalog or just saw them at the dealership? I can't find genuine Nismo mats anywhere for the s13...
