Nismo do CA18 ones for the S13 as I've got some, not sure if the SR ones are the same/or fit.

Bren @ Apex sells themhttp://www.apexperformance.co....t.php

Also, a friend bought a set of Ebay.

The left and right mounts are different, they don't have the same part#

I know that the NISMO mounts for the KA will work, but it makes the motor sit up pretty high. From what I've heard, the CA/SR mounts are different because they tilt the motor more and let it sit lower. That is all just speculation and I could be blowing smoke up your arse...

The CA Nismo mounts raise the engine a bit, about 1/2" or so.I'm guessing they are the same physical size but just don't squidge as much as 80k mile old std mounts.

Not really, you might have to wait.

I couldn't find them LOL, the mounts I have don't have the part # on them; I've looked on Nismo's site which is crap. Done the odd web search etc.I've just posted up on SXOC, hopefully someone will have a good Nismo part# resource.

they are definately different, one has a big 1 stamped on it, the other a big 2, also the bolts are slightly offset to one another.

Just looked at your link, cool link BTW.

there are two partnumbers...

CA11210-RS520 11220-RS520

SR11210-RS540 11220-RS540

Anyone know where to purchase theCA18DET versions of these Nismo mounts ?From what I understand , it is possible to use the SR20DET versions , but the motor will be differently positioned ?

go to your nissan dealership with the parts number. tell them to call Nissan Motorsports in Cali, and they'll order them for you. They do orders afew times a month for any jap-spec parts, you just have to have the parts numbers.

The problem I had with the KA mounts was that they barely cleared the hood, the motor wasn't nearly as tilted as it was in the clips engine bay, and trying to get the transmission subframe and mount to line up was a biotch...

KA and SR are same mounts.only CA is different.

And yeah, had a hard time getting that transmission subframe in place.. I managed to brute force it far enough in that I could get one bolt in (I was pushing w/ feet on the rear LCAs and hands on the subframe, from underneath) and after that took a bigass screwdriver so I could jab it in sideways through the subframe and bolt hole and push it straight, then get one on the other side boltedu p... then it was smooth sailing...

next time I'll do as the various swap guides say to do and put the engine+transmission in at once, at least then I'll only be fighting with part of it not both at the same time (since were trying to mate engine and t ranny at the same time as get subframe bolted up, as one would help the other once its in place but both are hindering each other getting there)

I have tried several times to buy stuff from Apex , but they never get around to anything .What is up with that place ?So I hve just given up on buying anything from them .In genreal I have had a lot of trouble trying to buy from companies in the UK , so I basically try to get everything I can from the USA , where service is in general very good .

That's odd, I've never had trouble with Apex.
