Well my NISMO Catback was finally installed yesterday and got the car back today.....it sounds awesome! Not too loud and not too quiet.....the drone could getting used to but it's a perfomance mod, what do you expect!?....Was absolutely worth the wait! My springs are coming in a week or so!

Here are some quick pics of the Catback when it had arrived at the dealership...

I have the Nismo too guys and I love it. Like he said, not too loud, sounds nice and deep, not rice at all.

The droning hasn't really gone away on my car and I'm at about 500 or so miles but it doesn't really bug me. I usually drive with my windows down and you don't hear it. But when I have my gf in the car, she always wants the windows up and the air conditioning on... that's what the droning is really loud.

I installed my nismo couple days ago and I love it. But Just one thing... this was my first exhaust installation. Everything was done right I think but the exhaust tip doesnt look centered. Looks like it's it's leaning slightly towards the right side (passenger side) of the car. I guess I'll lift my car and inspect it again. Any ideas guys?

Here you go. Same place I got mine from. Super fast shipping. 626 shipped is the best price anywhere.

Sorry for the late response guys, but for those wanting to know how much i got it for, believe it or not I didn't pay a CENT yet.....yes that's right I didn't pay for it. Why? Because I spent alotta time back and forth at the dealership with various problems I'm sure everyone knows about....like brake pedal squeak, new roofliner, new seatbelt tensioner, new driver's seat, new heat shields, etc. After I had sent Nissan a threatening letter about going through arbritration if they didn't offer me something or buy it back, they basically left it to the service manager to "reimburse" me in some way for my troubles. So it basically took half the year of convincing and him taking his sweet time to get me this NISMO catback and Eibachs springs (WHICH STILL HAVEN'T ARRIVED YET!) for $500 installed. However, since my springs aren't here I told him I won't be paying a cent till both items are installed. So right now my NISMO was free with installation...

Trust me guys it pays off to complain and be a constant pain in the ***. I just worded all my emails to him very professionaly and to the point, to imply that I will take it to arbritration if they don't give me what I want. I hated my car after all the problems were starting to show up....and that list up there isn't even the half of it!!!

PS : Don't get me wrong though, because now every time I go in, he personally takes care of my car. So i'd say I'm very happy with their service NOW after all that has been said and done.

Sorry bro, I let the service manager take care of all that. I didn't ask too many questions since I was getting a great deal. I'll try and find out when I go in to get my springs installed next week, they're finally here!.....er....just in time for winter......

Go to:

http://www.leeparts.com/nissan....html

Select your car. Click add to cart. Then checkout. The part number is shown in the order summary. It begins with 20105. Canadian dealers can look up this number and give you a price. After that they tell you there are none in the country and it will take 6-8 weeks to arrive.

You can try eBay and then use their 25% cashback program. You'll save around 200 dollars.

i had to cut the bolts on my old exhaust to get it off. but after the old system was off the install was a breeze its a real simple driveway install. check out the vids on my youtube.
