Nismo CA STB (Pics)

Dunno if you guys saw this or not. Got it from http://www.PandaGarage.com Nice guys and fast shipping. Pretty rare I guess, and bad a$$ cuz it has the old skool Nismo logo. It is aluminum and is crazy light. I took it apart and was originally going to strip the paint off of the bar and have brushed aluminum. But then I realized that my weak sauce rotary tool sucks and I couldn't get a good finnish. Damn. A quick trip to O'Reilly and I picked up some wheel paint that matched the original paint right down to the metal flake in the paint. 8 light coats later and it looks awesome. You may notice an odd dark spot on the bar. Well, I let the bar sit for 2 hours (per paint directions) and then dropped in on and went for a spin. Well, the heat must have made the paint tacky and part of the underhood insulation is now stuck on the bar As soon as I can find a replacement Nismo decal for the bar, it comes off again and gets restored properly. For now, it is a NOTICIBLE improvement (Which bothers me. The S13 chassis is really very weak I now see) and I LOVE it!

its a cusco unit (made for Nismo) I believe... looks very nice though.

Not yet. I'm not going to get one until I can afford the Cusco OS three point rear bar.

Very nice! To be honest though, the big thing that I like about the Nismo one is that it is a wide bar. I had a solid bar on my FC and I never really liked the look of that bar. Cool gear tho, and uber rare. Mind sharing where yo got it at?
