As many of you know I have a Nismo and auto-x it. The stock brakes work very very good in auto-x. But this Friday is my first track day with the car. And the brakes have me kind of nervous as they are usually the fault with any decent lap and confidence in going faster. The car has the Brembos on it stock but I'm worried about brake fade with the stock pads. I already have 4 bottles of Motul 600f and braided brake lines but they won't be on the car in for the track. They'll be with me if something brakes. The question, which pad is the absolute best for track only use that won't eat my rotors too bad. Remember this is a 2nd car for me and its main purpose is auto-x and track. Ferrodo DS3000Project Mu Hawk HP+ (ran these on my evo, worked great at auto-x, track wasn't so good)Anything I havent' mentioned that you would recommend? Thanks

I would go with the Ferrodo DS3000. Heard lots of good things about them. I have the Hawk Hp pads. Not the best for braking power but it doesn't have any brake dust and is great for a daily driver and I haven't experienced any fading when I was on the track.

I found a good deal on the Ferrodo's. If they eat my rotors....they eat my rotors. I'm going to try the stock brakes out Friday and make a report on them after.Friday will be my determining factor if I get the Ferodos.
